1. Who we are
Acumino Inc. ("Acumino", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data submitted through the contact forms on this website. You can reach us at info@acumino.ai.
2. What we collect
When you submit a Work or Data request form, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company name (optional)
- The task, data type, or free-text details you choose to share (optional)
- A timestamp of your consent and the page URL of the submission
We do not use cookies or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not collect any information from you passively.
3. Why we process it
We process the information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to follow up about a commercial relationship you've initiated with us. We do not use your information for marketing unless you separately opt in.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — you tick the consent box before submitting the form.
- Steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — where your enquiry concerns a potential engagement with Acumino.
5. Who receives your data
Submissions are delivered by email via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service that transmits the message to info@acumino.ai. FormSubmit acts as a processor and does not use the content for its own purposes. After delivery, the message is stored in Acumino's email system and is only accessible to the small team responsible for responding to enquiries.
6. International transfers
Acumino operates from Greece, New Zealand, the United States, and Japan. Your message may be viewed by team members in any of those locations. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) as required by GDPR Chapter V.
7. How long we keep it
We retain your submission only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of any resulting engagement. Stale enquiries are deleted from our inbox within 24 months unless you've asked us to keep your details on file.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Ask us to erase your data (Art. 17)
- Restrict or object to our processing (Art. 18 & 21)
- Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing (Art. 7(3))
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority)
To exercise any of these rights, email info@acumino.ai. We'll respond within one month.
9. Security
Submissions are sent over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as our practices evolve. Material changes will be flagged on this page; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
